Fixed some tiny things that I once again only noticed after submission. I'm convinced there's a mental effect that causes this

A new chart file was uploaded with the following changes:

Note Count changed: 3931 => 3932
AVG NPS changed: 15.26404 => 15.26793
Hand Bias changed: -59 => -54

NIGHTMARE CITY
--------------
- Permissions, sync, metadata good.

* Lots of room for improvement in piano sync in the intro:
--> 13.692: should be 48th at 13.638
--> 15.688: should be 48th at 15.733
--> 20.247: minor, but should be 192nd at 20.268
--> 20.407: should be 48th at 20.451
With fast piano flourishes like these the exact sync isn't critically important, but with the exception of 20.247, these misrhythms are pretty dang noticeable from a single pass on 1.0.

* 24.582-33.789: Most of the colour-theory white notes here that currently form grace notes with normally-coloured notes are actually at the same time (i.e. should be multi-coloured jumps). Please use subbeats to make the chart represent this.

- 38.912-40.376: Not exactly difficulty-relevant, but this is kinda weirdly left-hand biased.
- 44.687: Missing vocal note.
- 58.030: This minijack pretty majorly misplaces emphasis.
- 63.769: Ghost note.

** 73.769: This speedup roll makes no musical sense.

- 83.066: this OHT is a bit stupid especially given the right-hand bias of the previous patterns (and the next ones, for that matter)
- 85.899: Please lay off a bit on the right-handed trills, this section is extremely hand-biased. 86.160 should be a two-handed jumptrill like 84.074 which will help a lot. Also 90.073 on left hand.
- 89.290: Following this seems inconsistent with other instances of the sound like 93.464, 97.638 etc. I also don't think an anchor makes sense here if you choose to keep it.

* 101.529: This is pretty ineffective at capturing the wub--it's static while the wub is dynamic, and it also cuts off very early. At this point you'd be better off just doing singles at the points where it changes imo. Similar notes throughout, e.g. 109.877.

- 105.768 etc.: Probably better off as a single--there is both a kick like 105.247 and a sound like 105.594 present here, so a jump is valid, but both of those two sounds are represented as singles and this does feel like a harder pattern than the music justifies to me.
- 107.681: Suggest column 2 so this isn't anchored into the colour gimmick thing (which it shouldn't be because there is no repeated sound there).
- 113.420: The minijack structure is completely different from the 12th patterning at 105.073, which feels very weak thematically--patterning being different is cool, but this is not even structurally the same. 117.594 is different from both.

* 120.725 section: The colour-theory white notes are 11ms off, which is large enough (given that these are in an unbroken stream) that I would recommend using subbeats to get them in the proper position.

- 128.423-129.983: Weirdly left-hand biased.
- 135.266: Suggest column 4, the middle column pattern here is really dang awkward.
- 160.766: Definitely one of the better dump/abstract patterns in the chart, though I would appreciate if percussion were implemented into this somehow (e.g. via jumps).
- 161.483: Should be single.
- 163.505-164.549: By far the most aggressive of your jumptrill sections, recommend easing this up a bit.
- 194.810-197.027: Watch out for right hand.
- 245.288: [12] please, you avoid these types of OHTs in the rest of this jumpstream.

- This chart is... alright. It's in a bit of an odd spot because it has some good sections (the ending jumpstream is cool and climactic, for instance) but other parts have pervasive inconsistencies or technical errors, and I honestly have no clue what's up with the speedup roll at 73.769--that in particular needs to go. I don't think this is ready for FFR yet, and I also think the issues are too pervasive for FR, but I've *'d the most important notes and think this has a good shot at getting in with fixes applied.
