Apologies in advance if i copied something i was supposed to fix regarding my old submission as i couldn't find my old Snowy.sm so i just redid this from scratch.
With that out of the way, this song is either too easy for tourney or perfect for D1 R1 lol.

- 3.136: Pitch isn't entirely descending, it's doing B C A.
- 10.513: Higher pitch than 10.021.
- 11.066: Higher pitch than 11.005.
- 11.988: It feels strange having this on [1] when it's higher pitch than 12.972 and 13.955.
- 12.972, 14.939: These should probably not be on the same column as 11.742.
- 15.923: This one would fit nicely on [4] since it has the same pitch as 11.742.
- The PR problems pretty much persist till the end.

I feel listing every single PR related mistake will make this list of notes too long. Instead I strongly recommend that you slow the song down and carefully listen to the pitch. There are alot of pitch training video's on youtube that could help you as well.

- 34.119, 35.103, 38.054, 39.037, 49.858, 50.833, 53.792, 54.768, 57.735: Shouldn't these be jumps to the horns?

- 84.655: 32nd notes should be before the 4th instead of after.

You seem to follow the chords that are playing in a lower octive interchangeably with the melody that's playing in a higher octive. This makes it really hard to follow what you're doing in the chart. There are numerous instances where your note placement doesn't make sense when following the pitch of either one.
There are alot of missing jumps to the brass and it was quite noticeable that 84.655 was placed wrongly. Overall I think this chart needs a LOT of work. Normally I don't harp this much on PR, but for short melodious songs like these it's paramount that the PR is correct.
