-On first glance, this is likely going to get struck down for the same issue brought up on an earlier file (in regards to 10 Minutes With Tass) in terms of stressing vs. pronunciation of a syllable so if you need a brief again on what that means, I suggest referring to that file’s notes because there’s going to be quite a few misstepped single arrows in this regard.

-[00:01.693] Roughly a 32nd earlier due to beginning of stressing rather than pronunciation. Actual note is closer to the 32nd at 00:01.739. Same with 0:01.940 closer to 0:01.986, and 0:02.480 being at 0:02.542.

-[00:04.286] Start of stressing the ‘w’ sound, rather than pronunciation of ‘wuh’ at 00:04.347.

-[00:07.958] ‘t’ is usually a pretty solid stressor without much delay before pronunciation, but this stressor is far away from ‘ti’ at 00:08.020.

-[00:17.804] Missing 8th.

-[00:27.619] What in the world happened here? If it’s going to gunshots, they start at 00:27.249. Extremely out of place given the placement, and way too hard for the given patterns in the file.

-[00:46.137] A little bit of a spike, simply because the [14] is out of place. Could probably reduce this jumpglut by 1 stress level by incorporating every other as jack ([34][12],[13][24],[23][14],[24])

-Jump usage is quite over the place for the file, along-side some early stressor issues & the note at 27s. While the file didn’t have many stressor issues once vocals were in-sync with the percussion, it’s a miss for me as-is.

-Moving this to FR rating after deliberating with the other judge. 00:27.619 needs a fix, it's too egregious in-comparison to the rest of the chart.

** 0:27.712 This is just too much for me. This is the hardest thing in the chart by miles. It really needs a nerf.

- 0:46.137 Another spike in the chart, no where near as bad as the first but i do question if its too much.

- 1:11.816 note sounds a bit early. something like 1:11.847 feels better to me.

Fun easier cart, and i think we could use more event tokens on the easier side.

1 month point is coming up on this file. If I end up checking the file again after the 1 month holding period in-batch (September 9th) and it doesn't receive some kind of response for extension, feedback, fixes, etc. it could risk rejection.

27.249 - maybe check your headphones/speakers because the Audio starts on the left and fades right, with 27.619 being the first notes on the right.

As for 27.619 i'm still not sure its enough. It's patterned friendly enough, but It still feels like too many notes to me. It's a significant improvement, but i would feel better about moving to accept if it was toned down a bit more.

This got stuck in-batch hard because the Update Status for the file in-batch was never updated, and never noticed until I began doing a deep-clean review of the batch system.

Will give this a look-through to see where it is at after I finish the deep clean, and will provide a response today.

This is very good. More than enough to clear my FR requirement. And given me & storn had the same requirement, I'm gonna go ahead & push this off to Difficulty Consultants for rating & release.
