37.921: Could make this a 1234 in 64ths to match your layering of 36.190. Would have to put a 32nds roll at 1:26.382 too though.
1:45.925: Ghost note?
2:03.738: This is actually 48ths swing rhythm up to the 8th. Would suggest maybe (13) 4(23) 1(24).
2:04.098: Ghost note.
2:04.531: This is technically a 48th at 2:04.555, but would be perfectly fine as is. There are other occurences of this such as 2:06.839 for example, in case you decide to change it. It would make the entire section quite more technical and sacrifice flow to gain variety, so this is really just an idea.
2:32.728: Could be a minijack. Same for 3:41.957.
2:39.796-2:40.084: Can't quite hear what these 32nds emphasize. Also makes the 1212 16ths a bit out of place. Similar concern for 3:49.025.
Solid marathon chart. Slightly dragging at times but plenty of variety to make up for that.

- Offset's good.
**The intro is too long. It takes about 21 seconds for the first notes to load in, and while I suspect this mp3 has all the boring things cut, you should do a crossfade in about 4-5 seconds before the chart starts to prevent the long wait game.
3 and half a minutes in, and so far I have no particular qualms about it.
4:13.255 - I'm not a huge fan of using runningmen patterns for this outro - it felt like there are some repeated tones that are worth utilizing the repetition, but it really doesn't complement the feel of it. You can move some of the notes around so it doesn't feel too hand-biased.
4:17.078 - Seems particularly ghosty if you're trying to represent everything else.
4:19.962 - Not liking this one-hand trill on the left - you can move those 32nds to column 4 to create something a bit more ease, especially the instruments are atonal.
4:36.188 - Same goes for this one.
Very fun, and an interesting marathon of a file. You've clearly done what you could for this song, and turn up the ante for more of the technical stuff into something a lot more intricate. The qualms that I have are mostly on the outro, which I'm not the biggest fan of the utilization of these runningmen patterns. I recommend to take a look of the outro patterns as a whole, as well as cutting more of the intro so it doesn't take like 20 seconds to wait. [8.5/10*, Fixes Required]

The cut is now sufficient and some things here and there are slightly improved.
