I'm gonna stop noting these notes to the vocals because this applies to nearly ALL of them, the sync issue is very apparent while playing and pretty much the only parts in the song that are synced correctly are the notes to the percussion.

- 51.744 - 85.613: This section is synced correctly and easy to follow layering wise.
- 89.479: Move to 89.453.

- Guitar section is nicely stepped.

Songs like these are insanely hard to step, the wave is often very misleading and it's hard to determine where the sounds actually start. There's not a static bpm or drumline to guide you so you're pretty much syncing by ear. Having said that alot of the notes feel noticeably off while playing and I can't accept this in its current state. Because it's an OT file I will give you a chance to make fixes/appeal, but the sync needs a lot of work.

Going back and taking a look at vocal sync, some of the notes are based on the pronunciation start of a vocal rather than the syllabic start of the vocal, which is what I am aiming for (think of a droned out 's' before 'ay' to pronounce 'say' in the fashion of 'ssssssssay').

Another problem with vocals (specifically within this song), is that there are two vocalists, and they are a close-sync-approximation of one another, not on-sync. So, some of the vocal notes as a result are single close approximations for both vocalists. A good example of this, is at 00:35.199 where the female's vocal comes in on this 4th, but the male's vocal comes in around the 8th at 00:35.026 for the same vocal. In this particular case, the male's vocal is still stressing pronunciation vs the syllabus coming up to the female's vocal, so I optioned for the female's vocal here. For a fix, I put the arrow at 00:35.120 as a close-sync-approximation for both as the male vocal turns from stressing to pronunciation.

That being said, I've went over each individual vocal note and adjusted it based on how you've moved each vocal note provided, and believe the issue is resolved. I have applied other mentioned fixes as well. If you wanted to include other vocal timestamps, I will make fixes for them.
