Shout 2000 (Rapta) [7/10]
> Permission check good.
** Sync is significantly late. Notes appear 30ms or more later than the music. You'll need to use more than just 1 bpm to properly sync this song.

- 1:21.191 I think not charting the jumps here is a real missed opportunity. Its quite a prominent feature of the song and its the same rhythm as what most of the rest of the chart is.
- 1:44.490 This section seems to have more layering that what is seen at 0:44.710, And i cant really hear any difference between the two sections.
- 2:18.211 this jack stands out as quite a diff spike in the file. Considering the speed of the jack and the [34]4 pattern it might be best nerfing. Its strange seeing this sudden difficulty spike at the end of the file when you consider how many earlier sections can feel like they are undercharted to reach that difficulty. The sudden long fast streams hear really stand out.
The sync of this file really needs to be fixed. You can get away with some drift on a file like this, but the notes are significantly late for the entire file. Using AV's calculated BPM just doesn't work when the song drifts this much. its an accurate tool but shouldn't be 100% trusted especially on this kind of music. The chart itself is fine enough and what you would expect out of an easier file like this.

Playtest Impression, 1.0x Rate - This is crying for a more substantial file. Hard to comment on because there’s not really anything explicitly wrong with it. Just isn’t an overly interesting file.
-Recommend removing the first 3 arrows here because they’re so arbitrarily placed. Or could argue to just start at the first “SHOUT” instead
-Stylistically, I think both “SHOUTs” in each phrase should be the same hand. Eg. starting 5.438 do [124]3[124].
-There’s a lot of room to make this more meme-y by following some background vocals too (Jumps with 1:21.159 etc, Ice Ice Baby stuff starting 1:55.800 etc.)
Just went too far with the understepping for me to feel comfortable accepting this.
