WARNING WARNING WARNING!!!
I am extremely aware of what I've just stepped. I stepped this a little while ago and was pondering whether it was worth submitting at all, as I assumed it would be a wasted slot. Well, here I am with just about no time to step something new, so I've decided to finally drop this thing. I am very aware it can be easily rejected. Hence the purpose of submitting this is strictly as a token rank song or possibly a file with a difficulty rating of 0. If you guys are up to adding another file of such a tier, well then that's the goal here. If there's no appetite for this kind of file, then chances are I won't submit this again. You may have to consult with other folks to see if you guys (and the players) are receptive to this. If so, then...
>:)

NOTE: This was originally submitted to the Oct/Nov 2021 batch, but I actually feel it's wholly more appropriate here, where such an outlandish file can be best appreciated as an event token that the most curious can so choose.

For this file to ever get a chance of being accepted, I feel it requires a general awareness that it's a joke file, and the approval of other judges/staff. If there is zero appetite for this, then I will not pursue this endeavor any further.

-[00:46.089] I kinda got a feel what you’re trying to emphasize by leaving these singles here, but I think they can be quite hard to interpret at first glance and could strengthen structure at first glance by just having these as jumps, like the rest of the 4ths. Same goes for other timestamps following the same situation like 00:47.867, 00:51.422, 00:53.200, etc.

-[01:49.422] Two ways to follow this section. Personally I am more of a drums takes priority person here, which would have these two 24ths before the next 4th removed. There are hi-synth 24ths here, but is a lot more noticeable that the drums do not happen on the 24ths here vs. the hi-synth happening on these 24ths due to peaking.

-peak jank. Sure, ok. I can see this as something that can really grind some gears.

Didn't see the self-post until now when posting notes, but will ask a head judge what they think about it.

Thought an update came out on this since I asked a head judge / others to take a look at this, but there wasn't. So might as well provide one later rather than never.

This song was passed to head judges / other judges to also take a look at before acceptance, and the general response was to not accept it, since the only realistic use case for it would be an 'April Fools' release. Velocity further chimed in to say that if it were only to be accepted for such an event, then it should be rejected.

So, ultimately despite 2 judges pre-emptively giving a pass to it, the majority agrees that this should be rejected.

Thanks for providing that closure, gold stinger. Hope I can look forward to it on April 1 someday!
