Quickman Rave (ricetoast) [6.5/10]
>Perms and metadata good
>Sync needs fixin’. Change offset from -0.451 to -0.473. All notes will be under the newly fixed offset.
27.781-40.240 - Pretty sure these 32nd triplets are not repeating the same pitch of the chiptune melody. There should be movement within the 32nd triplets, including moments where they ascend/descend in pitch.
40.340-49.310 - Consider filling in more 24ths before the chiptune melody keeps returning. For example, add in the rest of the 24ths on spots like 41.137-41.436 where the Brrr’s are still happening.
1:06.641-1:09.640 - Why is the PR backwards here?
1:17.815-1:20.110 - Technically wrong PR. Even if this was some jack theory stuff involved, the current steps don’t go along with the melody
1:20.110-1:29.379 - Where’s the rest of the 16th jumps? (e.g. 1:21.306 & 1:24.495)
1:32.967-1:42.835 - See note on 27.781-40.240.
>>I like the minimalist (stepping prominent instrument only) approach to the file, but I can’t let the file pass as is, mostly for the lack of PR. Also, it’s slightly off-sync.

Quickman Rave - [ricetoast] [5.0/10]
> Permission check good.
> Sync is extremely off, and needs major fixing before acceptance. (Is currently -0.451, should be -0.473).
> No issues found within simfile properties.
> No issues found within submission folder contents.
-Super off-sync to begin with. Needs a major sync fix before being accepted.
-[00:14.825] There’s some pretty rigid structure changes between opting for the jump layering (former half), and the occasional instrumental solo (latter half). Could very easily include both structures together and keep from destroying the flow execution of the file, See:

-[00:24.393] Missing 4th jump.
-[00:29.675] Suggest moving this to left column for structure (dictated by swinging the 16th out at 00:28.080, and carrying that through on 00:28.878).
-[00:33.962] Continue 16th structure as mentioned in the above note, or fix previous section to the same structure as this section instead.
-[00:48.313] Check PR (Pitch Relevance) compared to [12] at 00:47.914. These should be different, as they don’t share the same pitch.
-[00:49.110] notes ascend while PR should be descending with these jumps.
-[01:06.641] PR for this entire section is backwards. (Notes are ascending from left-to-right, when they should be descending right-to-left to reflect Pitch Relevance.)
-You’ve got a lot of the notes in the right places, but PR can be drastically improved from its current state right now. It also needs a massive sync fix, so this will be a reject for now unfortunately. Please, re-submit with fixes in the future! There’s a lot of potential here, it just needs some polish.
