NOTE: I personally think this would be an excellent tournament song that tests many skills. Please consider.

Angel’s Ladder (bmah) [8.5/10]
>Permission good (Blanket)
>Sync good
>Folder contains relic of a bygone era (.dwi file), metadata good
(Playtest Impression) Definitely a high-grade bmah file through and through
50.894-51.475 - personally feel the hands in here are a bit too much. Specifically, 51.475 feels very weak in comparison because of the 3 hands before it, despite clearly having more emphasis musically. I’d suggest toning those down to jumps, and leave the last one (subjective af, can leave as is)
87.087-88.829 - weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee people are going to hate this lmao, I hope Tuk Tuk Boshi comes out first for practice
90.184 - I do think you could have something here to the drum fill but that might be inconsistent (subjective af, can leave as is)
94.055-94.442 - hhhhhhhnnnnng…. The other trills you have are all two handed, and I don’t see a reason for this one to be any different. And at this speed for that long might be a touch too much so change to two-handed plz. Not going to force a change (no FR rating from me) on this, but -very- highly recommend it.
98.700/99.087 - these hands feel like an oversight, second one more so; maybe reduce to jumps
Thank you for not putting in an FFR note.
Really want to see the 94.055 note in particular addressed, but I’d otherwise be okay with getting screwed over by this file in the OT or otherwise. This one’s real good.

Angel’s Ladder (bmah) [7/10]
>Perms and sync good
>Metadata questionable. Please take off the .dwi file from the folder.
0.768-4.832/12.058-12.316 - This [4] anchor isn’t part of the piano and is a distraction. Please remove the [4]’s.
52.058 - Not really a ghost note, but this noise is so subtle that it’s only audible when slowed down.
53.413/54.058-54.316 - Ghost note
1:02.510-1:03.671 - The [3] and [4]’s aren’t part of the piano and are a distraction. Please remove the [3] and [4]’s.
1:04.058-1:09.284 - Definitely some ghost notes in this piano.
1:17.993 - Missing note
1:22.058/ - Should be jump. No cymbal crash like all the other hands.
1:33.929 - Sounds closer to 1:33.961
1:35.122 - Missing note
1:38.703/1:39.090 - Why hand?
1:52.058 - Missing note
1:56.993/1:57.574/1:57.671 - Ghost note
>>Piano is the main focus. Layering kinda iffy near the end. File’s mostly not that bad.

- Agreed, fixed.

- So the way I see this is that the file is hard enough to easily justify OHTrilling the 24ths, but at the same time, I'm not mean enough to mirror the trill in the 2nd pattern. That way, people with a hand bias can utilize a mirror mod to potentially play better on it. I'm trying to simultaneously have it difficult but also a tad forgiving too. :)

0.768-4.832/12.058-12.316 - This [4] anchor isn’t part of the piano and is a distraction. Please remove the [4]’s.
- I'm not sure what you're talking about. This is all entirely piano.
53.413/54.058-54.316 - Ghost note
- Nope, it's there. From a music theory point of view, as well as what's on the actual notechart of the song (on IIDX), and also from a music slowdown, these notes are definitely there. Quiet yeah but there. Sometimes it's not just about how quiet it is but also whether it would musically make sense for those notes to be entirely absent; that should aid with the decision-making of quiet sounds.
62.510-63.671 - The [3] and [4]’s aren’t part of the piano and are a distraction. Please remove the [3] and [4]’s.
- Again, I have no idea what you're referring to - it's only piano here and the melody is pretty clear.
64.058-69.284 - Definitely some ghost notes in this piano.
- ??? No?!?
77.993 - Missing note
- thank you, fixed
82.058 - Should be jump. No cymbal crash like all the other hands.
- this was a layering decision (synth chords = 2 arrows; bass drum = 1 arrow)
95.122 - Missing note
- So throughout all of the main parts of this song, there's an underlying percussion rhythm that runs basically on triplet 16th hi-hats. I'm ignoring this throughout the entirety of the song (it's minor), and you're pointing out one of many.
98.703/99.090 - Why hand?
- There's a simultaneous staccatoing of choppy synths with the piano melody plus the main 4th drums of course, so the 4ths turn into hands. The overall pattern is actually quite similar to one of the patterns you can find in Violet Rose.
112.058 - Missing note
- thank you, fixed (not sure how I missed this one...)
116.993/117.574/117.671 - Ghost note
- Nope, they're present. Just a bit quiet, but definitely integral to the melody.
