-ArrowVortex removed 20 redundant BPM changes when opening this file so, sorry in advance if timestamps to not properly align for this judgment.
-[00:17.161 & 00:17.951] Kinda sad to see that these singles do not have jumps on them (repeat drums from 00:16.372)
*-[00:24.908] 32nd here is closer to 20th at 00:24.941 than 32nd position. Could re-colorize to 32nd, or keep it where it is. Minor thing.
-[00:34.727] 32nds kinda dumpy in nature here.
*-[00:46.757] Dropping a note somewhere between the [124] and the down ‘green’ accentuated arrow here, but is hard to tell exactly where since you did some funkiness with BPM here. The [124] vocals say “hold” and then the aforementioned missing note is where snoop says “up” for “hold up”.
-[01:01.964] Would probably play better without the 4th here to accentuate the vocals. Kind of like what was done at 01:05.122.
*-[01:07.194] Missing 16th.
-[01:24.661] Really juicy trill positioning that contrasts the song very well.
*-[01:26.536] This 16th (the stressing of the syllable) should be on the 8th at 01:26.635 (pronounciation of the syllable).
-[01:27.424] Similar situation as a previous 4th at 01:01.964, remove to accentuate the vocals.
-Yeah, I would be ok seeing this go in as a token, although it would need a fair bit of clean-up to justify a public release if that is decided upon instead. Specifically, heavily suggest cleaning up asterisk’d notes.

>Perms, metadata, sync good.
>Vocal is the main focus. Anime Melody is secondary. When there’s multiple vocals, the most prominent/loudest vocal is stepped. Horn = jump. Hard snare hit (doesn’t need to have horn involved) = hand(?). Not an additive layering file.
3.961 - Sounds closer to 3.928
13.411/38.674-38.872/39.464-39.661/48.148/76.569-78.740 - Color these green? For most of these, maybe change the rule to “color only when the sentence starts with ‘Smoke’” (to which you already kinda do that, excluding the “Snoop Dogg!” sections).
13.806-16.174 - Previously, the jumps went to the anime melody horn. But in this section, I’m not sure what the jumps are going to.
16.372 - Jump pattern should be something besides [12].
16.865/28.066 - Ghost note
19.036 - Missing note for that last “da”
32.468 - Possible missing note for “--thin” in the sentence “No--thin’ but a g’ thang”
34.875-35.072 - Not sure what these two orange arrows are going to.
41.240 - Should be jump if it’s for the drum.
41.733-41.832 - Could be 4[123] if you wanted to mimic the hands that appear shortly after.
46.795/53.800/55.155/62.240/62.807 - Missing vocal note?
51.997 - Not sure why this is a jump instead of a single. The nearby [14]’s go to the echoey “Day-day-day”.
53.674-54.464 - Not stepping the drumroll? Compare 12.622-13.411.
55.155 - Missing note (vocal)
57.424 - Jump pattern should be something besides [34]
66.306-66.701 - Not sure if the da-da’s in-between are intentionally not stepped.
68.724 - Not sure what this orange note is doing here.
71.339 - Should this hard synth noise(?) be a jump and make 71.438 be a single instead?
71.832-73.313 - Something feels off about using a descending roll into an ascending roll pattern on a vocal section that doesn’t give off that type of sound. Not a major problem though.
77.260 - Can add a single here to step the “S-” in the phrase “S-moke”.
78.839/79.036/79.431 - Ghost note?
82.392 - Maybe make this a single, to separate it from the upcoming jumptrill noise.
83.280/85.253 - Why is this not a hand?
87.326 - If this note was supposed to represent the “Ep--” in the word “Ep--isode”, then I think this note should be removed since 87.424 already fulfills that syllabic purpose.
88.674 - I think this oscillating sound actually starts here.
>>The intermixed stepping of both Vocals and Anime Melody on some spots were sus (AKA a situation where you’re trying to step vocals as much as possible, but there are some noises in the Anime Melody that you couldn’t resist stepping). But for the most part, this file’s intentions are mostly clear and fully realized. [7/10]

Amended chart with a bunch notes from both reviews. Just to note on some unchanged things from ositz's note: there are a lot of intentional omitions just to keep the chart simpler without overlayering too much. The song itself is already an overlayered meme mess so I wanted to keep it simpler at times, especially if there was something like vocals I wanted to focus on.
A new chart file was uploaded with the following changes:
