Rush [NCS Release]
------------------
- Permissions, sync, metadata good.

- I find the structure in the beginning to be a little unintuitive--it's consistent, but I don't agree with omitting the main melody entirely.
- It's also not clear what exactly merits jacks; why is 5.944 a jack, but not 3.801? Recommend taking another look for PR and consistency.
- 1.230, 10.373, etc.: Recommend using a 16th jack instead of the awkward 64th gap you have currently.
- 18.373: This is cute putting the "one" vocals on column 1 and the "two" vocals on column 2 lol.
- 24.087: Missing hand.
- 27.516, 29.801, etc.: I see what you're going for with these quads, but would recommend hands instead--coming out of the chordjacks at 25.230, they're not *that* powerful.
- 29.516, 34.087, etc.: Missing jumps.
- 35.658: This one-handed trill pattern + 3-note 16th jack is much harder than the next 32nd run's patterning despite being practically the same sound. Suggest making 35.801 a [34] jump. Similar note at 44.801, though less of a worry there.
- 42.658: Missing note.
- 46.516, 48.801, etc.: Would advocate for adding notes since the sounds here are pretty prominent--it's not the same instrument you usually follow, but it feels more unnatural having a gap here than not imo. (47.658 etc. could still be safely omitted to make space for the OHTs in this case.)
- 49.516, 58.658, etc.: These sequences of two trills are pretty rough, suggest making them both two-handed.
- 56.230, 60.801: Missing note.
- 63.230, 63.373: Should just be singles--you left this layering behind when the trills came in, else most of the 8ths in the trill section would be jumps.

** 64.087-67.516: Most of these 48ths are way too much for the sound. The ones where it gets clipped (65.087, 66.230, 67.373) are fine, the others I don't think you should dump at all. Additionally I'm confused why some of the bursts go all the way to the beat while others cut off early, and I'm not sure what the 16ths go to.

- 68.658: Lower than previous three notes, adjust PR accordingly.
- 69.373: Missing note.
- 69.801-81.230: Considering you followed the melody briefly in the couple seconds before this, I don't see a reason to stop for this section--it's still loud and clear, and there's plenty of space to follow it.

** The rest of the file seems to be a repeat of earlier parts, just mirrored--essentially the same notes apply here as they did before. In particular the **'d note 64.087 repeats at 128.087.

- 137.346: I get that this is a snappy way to end the file off, but this was a [14] jump in every other instance, so I'd advise using the same treatment here.

Is this your first file? It's not a bad attempt at all, the structure is generally quite clear even if I disagree with it at times. That said, there is a bit of general cleanup to be done regarding inconsistencies and unintentional bumps in the difficulty curve, and most pressingly I can't see myself accepting this until the **'d notes are addressed. You're well on your way, though, and I look forward to seeing this resubmitted. [6/10]

Rush [5.5/10]

Offset is slightly off and should be 0.087 -> 0.091 (this is not a huge deal, but definitely worth changing), all timings will be with the offset changed.
The bpm doesn't change throughout the file, but the beat is slightly delayed in certain spots like 3.520, you could manually move these, but I think it's fine as is (after changing the offset)

-0.091 - 10.377 I know you're not following the melody here, but you're still following the melody's PR with the percussion, it's a bit confusing.

-12.948: Shouldn't these be on 'one' :P
-17.234: some emphasis on these notes to represent the glitchy sound would be cool. This is more subjective, but the file suffers a bit from repetitiveness, so any chance to spice it up a bit is welcome.
-18.377: I feel hands are a bit overkill here, especially since a way louder dubstep section is coming right after
-22.948: With all the hands in this drop there's very little room for variation and different patterns, I would highly recommend toning it down
-27.234: This bark is a jump, while the bark at 137.234 is a hand.
-27.520: This quad is fine, but you're kinda locking yourself into overlayering later in the file again. Where you have no room for quads at 50.377 for example and you're forced to use a jump because of a lack of room. I would personally tone it down to a 3-note hand.
-29.234: You omit this 4th here, but you step it at 28.091 for the exact same sound. You do this consistently, but I don't agree with it. It's a very powerful sound.
-31.377: This one is lower pitch than the 23 at 30.806
-28.658: Representing these with 48th's is fine
-35.516, 36.087, 44.658 (etc): However, these 32nd's feel too slow, I recommend making them faster so they represent the sound better. Maybe something like this:
https://imgur.com/a/DFBD9q3

-40.948: This glitchy vocal sound deserves more than just a jump imo, but again the quad is in the way.

There are also quite a few 16th's missing here for example: 46.520, 47.663 (I understand you have less room because of the hand here so you can probably omit this one), 48.806 etc

-64.377: I don't think the 48th's in this burst are accurate, the bursts at 65.091, 66.234 and 67.377 feel like the only accurate ones, starting on the 16th's

-71.377: There is a new sound introduced here, but you use pretty much the same patterning as in the intro. You could try varying things up.

File just repeats from here
This file feels quite overlayered, I don't think the bursts work too well in this and there are quite a few missing notes. I can't accept the file as is. I would also recommend cutting it, if you need help cutting you can PM me, but playing the same 60 seconds twice isn't that interesting.
