The problem is, while 3.14 satisfies all the requirements, 3.14 (TT mix) by the same author does not, because it's not on SoundCloud. But it's also a BMS song that uses exactly the same set of audio files as 3.14. I'm not certain about BMS having open source permission in general, but I think a rearrangement of an allowed BMS song, which is also a BMS song, is worth a shot.

I'm not ready to submit anything else anyway lol

As we addressed in DMs, BMS songs in FFR usually either come from BMS of Fighters events, or we have explicit permission from the artist. It doesn't look like this song was released in a BOF event, and artist permission does not include this song. It'll be better to officially reject this unless permission can be clarified.

I'm rather impressed by this file and would love to see it in game. The super technical approach to the file fits the song very well. It'd be a really interesting challenge for FFR. Maybe the file can be adapted to use the original version we have clearer permission for.
