2.643/5.102 - Should be on [4]
6.578 - Could put this on [1] to show that you’re following PR by wrapping around the file (To explain “wrapping around”, look at 1234 Ascending Roll Walls; they usually go 12341234 instead of 12344444)
8.053-9.037/11.127-11.742 - Should be [3] → [4], instead of the current [4] → [3].
11.988 - Should be at least [2]. Given that 13.955 is a quieter version of this same sound, having 11.988 as [2] would allow 13.955 to be [1]
15.922-16.906 - Should be [1] → [3], instead of the current [3] → [1].
18.381 - Should be [1]
19.365-21.824 - Alright, stuff is now backwards. PR is so dead!
24.775-27.725 - I don’t agree with the PR here.
31.660 - Jumps on the strings, eh?
33.135-35.102 - Given the strings, I’m still not sure what sounds ur putting (and not putting) as jumps. This concern applies throughout until 60.193.
43.208 - Should be on [3], since the previous arrow occupies the [2] spot. Also PR reasons.
58.230-59.222 - recheck PR
63.134 - Interesting. The song here returns to the intro-type sound. But now there’s jumps? Explain dis.
96.583-97.567 - Two arrows in [3], but they’re two different sounds.

>>Very inconsistent file. Sometimes the PR is good; sometimes the PR is bad. The jump-layering after 33.135 is weird. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO APPEAL YOUR RATING. (assuming that your final score is 6.0-6.5) [6/10]

PR feels a wonky in places. Drags a little bit, but fine. I'll mostly just list some recommended PR tweaks because otherwise this one is good to go. These mostly relate to some potentially unwanted repeated notes to improve clarity.

39.037 - to 1, 39.529 to [23] or [24]
41.013/41.257 - make singles at most, there's not that much here
56.247 - to ..anything else.. to differentiate from 54.768
81.828 - [13]
96.583/97.567 - one of these two to 4, or first one to 1
98.059/98.551 - I'd swap these two's placements, 2 1

The chart plays fast and loose with conventional PR, which I'm not overly certain about. A better approach would probably be to step each phrase in alternating mirrored PR (proper first, then mirror the other). Or in an AABB situation. It kind of looks like that was done here but I'm not certain on that. Cute little file overall.
