Mega Man 2
----------
- Perms, sync, metadata good.

** I have absolutely no idea what's going on with the colour theory in this chart. I can understand some of the swaps, but others feel arbitrary, and I disagree that the chart even needs to be coloured like this--it obscures the rhythms without adding practically any accenting value imo. If you disagree, this might be a good time to appeal with another judge, but I can't see myself accepting this with this kind of colour theory.

- 13.697: The start of this little cyan sequence feels offsync to me whenever I listen to it on full speed, but it seems reasonable when I slow it down. I think it's because of the flam on the first note--maybe the second note of the flam jumps out to me more when I listen on full speed and I perceive that as the chart being offsync. Perhaps following both notes of the flam would feel more natural?
- 31.884: Shouldn't be a minijack, suggest moving red jump (probably to [24]).
- 41.274: Similar to previous note, except that a minijack to the melody starting at 41.471 could be justified, so something like 3[12]2 11 would make sense here.
** 42.068-44.072: I'm having a really hard time figuring out what you're following in this section. Why not just keep the jumps you have and follow kicks as singles? They're the most prominent instrument here.
- I do feel like you could fade out the ending a little earlier lol, it's a bit of a wait.

- This chart is a bit of a strange case. It's well done overall, and I liked how you switched between melody and percussion, but the colour theory and the 42-44s section are just confusing. CQ on those two notes. [7.5/10 CQ]
