Blanket permission from Terminal 11.

First time submitting a file to FFR, I suppose. (Thanks to VisD for helping out with the .zip conversion!)

If this goes in I wouldn't mind it as a skill token to the v1 released file available, maybe by passing the v1 file to unlock this?

-After listening to the file multiple times, I’m gonna have to request a better mp3 for the song over poor sound quality. The v1 of the file currently in-game has better sound quality than the mp3 utilized here, and if this file were to go in as a v2, it would not make sense to have it peaking/losing audio quality in comparison to the original.

-A lot of the patterns and notes throughout the file here are off or using incorrect note snap/timing (like 24th instead of 64th or 32nd, missing whole notes/using ghost notes, etc.) My best suggestion for resolving this would be to utilize the waveform filter in DDReam or ArrowVortex and check your peaks. Image examples above of how the peaks are not matching where notes are. Didn’t want to use image tags because that would explode the size of this submission.

-Policy reject for inconsistent note sync & music quality. The sync itself in the chart is fine, but the notes applied to it are off in many locations and needs a once-over to put it back in-sync, as well as a better quality mp3 if it’s to be considered for acceptance.
