TWG XLII Postgame (Humans win)

Wolves were Mead, DBP, Roundbox, Rioting. No, I didn't plan for 1, 2, 3, 4 to be wolves, but apparently random.org did. MVPs go to Stella for nailing the two unknown wolves (I think Iggy might have known one of them at the time) and to Iggy for doing what he does best. Honorable mentions to DBP and Mead for playing a very good wolf game until Iggy lock kicked in.

Perception artifact revealed human/wolf for humans and green/blue for wolves. Deception artifact made a vision of you come up in the most favorable way. Wolves look human, blues look green. Protection artifact could guard someone at night or save someone from a lynch should they use it on themselves at night and be lynched the next day (still with the protection artifact). The charisma artifact added 1 vote against whoever it's holder cast theirs against. The good-luck artifact prevented "losing" artifacts but did nothing about them being stolen. The unknown artifact had the ability to go to a dead player upon being "lost". Should it do so, the dead player would be brought back to life and the unknown artifact would shatter. Unfortunately, based on how the game played out, few of these ever successfully applied.

Thanks to iggy's grand ability to take over my games, this went nothing like I had expected. If the game were run again, it would have to be altered. I think that's it, hopefully you enjoyed the game (as much as possible for the slaughter it was).

For this game, I was really kind of carefree and didn't do much, for some reason. I don't know why. I didn't really have concrete evidence that Iggy was a human but I kind of just trusted him on a whim because it seemed like he had most people trusting him anyway and even if he was a wolf all the humans would have been ****ed over away. Yeah.

congrats to stella, you surprised me considering that you didn't really get to DO anything in jTWG so the fact that you nailed the final wolves in TWG in what's pretty much your first game is pretty damn impressive

dbp was the sole reason this was so easy. Without him becoming the huge target that he did, iggy would have had alot more trouble gaining trust (as would anyone). I certainly wouldn't have gone to him with my role without knowing about dbp and iggy's role in the affair.

Sorry I took over like that, I had the opportunity to do so and I captalized on it. If talisman (master thief) never came to me during disco's lynch, this game may have been a lot different because I wouldn't have gotten the roles I needed to kep the artifacts in line.

Stella did a good job. Better than anyone one of you guys because she at least cared about the game while activity was low. And look what she got out of it. Take a lesson.

@fish: good job for coming out of nowhere on me, like one of us usually does to the other <3.

@disco: had you not cheated and came out as a wolf, talisman wouldn't have come to me, and the alliance wouldn't have been formed.

@stella: sorry we didn't get to use your role, but you were instrumental nonetheless

@jurs: I'm never a wolf, stop accusing me XD

@mead: nice attempt, but like you told me, you needed to kill fish and I sometime, but waited too long to try it. You definitely had me fooled even though fish said you were kool.

@fojar: thanks for getting the first step to an alliance that won the game with little effort. Sorry I lobbyed against you day1 but there were difficult conflicts of interest at the time. Good work

@talisman: thanks for backing me up towards the end, you had proof mead was lying but you still stuck with me. game ended for the wolves when you came to me imo. And you even got to live to the end.

Would you rather have had me be alive and complacent for a day or two or be dead night 1. I am glad I died, because I knew my heart wasn't in it when I realized so much emphasis was being placed on ****ing talismans or orbs or artifacts or some ****.

Only relevant if you survived until end game each of those times. Voting for a wolf each day means little if you get wolfed night 2 or 3.

EDIT: ok so complacent isn't the right word. That's what I get for trying to look smart. What I meant is uninterested and unwilling to get into it.

I guess I was reading between the lines then when I figured out that you were special. Good thing I wasn't a wolf, eh? Would've had ya pegged, and moreover, I probably could have survived a few days without getting lynched.

Called it. This was the real reason I switched off of DBP onto iggy so early into Day 2: I had both of them. >_>

I was talking to iggy on aim and pasted convo from stoic that would have pretty much made me human. I did it without thinking and flipped out right afterwards and told iggy I was a wolf.
