Adding friends with Velocity's profile setup?

THIS QUESTION HAS BEEN ANSWERED.

I brought my flame shield, as I can't believe I have to ask this question for real.

I can't seem to find the "Request as friend" button on Velocity's profile setup, even on mine. On regular profiles, it's always located under the user's avatar, but, even though I looked everywhere, I can't find it when they use Velo's design. Is this a bug, or some taboo secret everybody knows about except me?

bottom of the left side of the updated gamercard. should be a little friend picture icon thing.

Its a picture of a dude thats next to the messenger icons
