And I don't know how I'm so bad at it. I wish I knew the answer to that one >_> I'll try it some more another time but it baffles me. I practiced it and everything with no luck. Also yea, the end of TTFATF is easy. Just do what shash said for the fc. Am I the only one that has a lag problem at the end of KoC? I was at most -2 today and then I missed TWICE at the end for no apparent reason at all. I got a massive skip when I used my SP and then it just like auto missed me.

Re: Guitar Hero. Awesome.
KoC has big problems with lag on PS2, sadly...
nice six 100%. was it an FC? or did you overstrum? also incredible Jordan if you didn't tap.

I didn't overstrum. The path was terrible, as I guess I wasn't expecting to fc it. Six is definitely my most played song, so I have 100%'d it more than once but I don't know why I haven't beaten that score. Every time I purposely try to squeeze and use the correct path I miss, and then when I'm not trying I FC it D: The most difficult parts for me are the start and the solo. The rest is pretty easy, but I have a huge tendency to choke during the solo when I know it's going to be a record score (I'm good at doing that in general though...holy raining blood choke right now during the chord section after using my SP I missed like 5 times completely ruining an awesome run). This is a part of the reason for my usually bad path because I don't sp on the orange note before the solo where you should, because I'll often miss during the solo.

Re: Guitar Hero. Awesome.
This game is amazing.
Anyone that says different has either never played or been beaten by it. I have them all. On 2 systems. and I'm in love. We bought Rock Band and it was equally amazing. AHG! ~Sunny G. |

Re: Guitar Hero. Awesome.
yeah haha that's a pretty bad score for an FC but FC is incredible so great job anyway.
I know what you mean about the path thing, sometimes I don't use the right path on stuff on purpose because it makes me mess up >_>

PS finally got garcon >__> tried downstrumming the whole thing, which made my arm light on fire, but I got like 350k first try. It was just the alt strumming throwing me off. Also, am I the only one that thinks the pattern in the chorus that repeats of Nothing for me here is the most frustrating pattern ever? The rest of the song is pretty easy except one of the solos, but I keep missing during the chorus. The pattern is absurd and really painful to play.

Re: Guitar Hero. Awesome.
wow...tier 8 hard mode is a lot different than the rest of the tiers. I can't beat Lou. Seems way too hard for hard mode, but i suppose they've made the game harder for hardcore guitar hero players. I'll just have to get better I suppose.

Re: Guitar Hero. Awesome.
maybe that's why I'm good at mauvais...I downstrum on stuff that like EVERYONE altstrums (Thunderhorse gallops lol, Tatooed Love Boys ROFL).
is Nothing For Me Here the one that's all like GGRR(RY)? If so yeah that's really really annoying.

Re: Guitar Hero. Awesome.
What's the one song that goes something like: (fast strumming) Y, Y, Y, Y, Y, Y, (Y+R+B)? Because I hate that song. And all it is is strumming one note, then doing a powerchord, then switching to another note and repeating.

Re: Guitar Hero. Awesome.
Freebird wasn't too hard to 5*(talking of expert)....it was just long..really long. And that made me put off doing anything with it for a while because I didn't wanna deal with that long intro to get to the solo...

Re: Guitar Hero. Awesome.
Which is what I meant. Skills to pass Freebird can't totally transgress those needed to play TTFAF.

Re: Guitar Hero. Awesome.
holy **** reach. How 'bout we switch memory cards, you do the way it ends on mine and I'll do mauvais on yours
I friggin' hate that song. It's so retarted. I can't get the strumming down, like when to stop in between transitions |
01-4-2008, 08:14 PM | #1620 |
SIT THE **** DOWN.
|
Re: Guitar Hero. Awesome.
Don't stop then. Strum continuously, but undertempo.
