somewhere around....here http://stepmaniaug.com/Documents/download_itg.html
If you could somehow get this onto a workable ps2 disc, i'd gladly pay a couple dozen bucks. Last edited by ledwix; 07-30-2008 at 06:50 PM.. |

Re: ITG3???
I don't think you can. Pretty sure you can just get the song pack and really, rhythm games don't often upgrade their game engine anyhow so it should pretty much be the same thing. If you want it to work on your PS2 get an HD loader and ITG1.

Re: ITG3???
I haven't tried going through all of that yet, as it seems I'd be bad at that sort of thing. I'd be willing to give it a try but would rather pay someone to do it for me, basically.
Are you looking to try and play ITG3/ITG2 on a PS2 or just Stepmania? Last edited by ledwix; 07-30-2008 at 08:45 PM.. |

Re: ITG3???
There is an ITG3 theme beta being worked on, but it gives a lot of crashes and what not.
ITG3 is a failed project--it was going to get off on such a strong foot, but then Konami COMPLETELY screwed it up. All I can say is that a "fan-made" (and I do emphasize the quotes because a song list WAS given out, and this current project used it) pack was started, and they're trying to finish all of that project as well. The ITG3 theme is like 70-80% done, I would think. It'd be best to wait for the theme to be finalized, and sometime along that point, the completed charts with it. Then you can try to integrate all of that into an ITG game if that's what you are aiming for. |

Re: ITG3???
I dont understand how Konami would file a lawsuit on Roxor just because they think their game is too similar. That is just so gay. They're just so damn jealous because they know Roxor's game was better. They need to grow up and not screw everybody over like that.

Wow, ledwix, thanks for providing a link for that. I just got ITG for PS2, and I never even knew that putting different songs on was possible o.O

Re: ITG3???
Konami's trying to compensate by creating DDRX. We shall see how that turns out...

Re: ITG3???
Konami filed the lawsuit because Roxor used DDR cabinets to upgrade to ITG since, IIRC, there were no ITG1 cabinets/were in limited quantity. You don't go around using someone else's game to sell yours, but that's just me.
