Default Stone Temple Pilots tour

I was just wondering if anyone went to see them yet, and if so how was the concert? I'm probably gonna go anyway but it'd be nice to know if i should expect something as good as the 10000 Days tool concert(only one I've ever been to, and apparently it was amazing, even to people that had seen like 30+ concerts that went with me), or if it's just going to be like a normal concert or what.

I haven't heard anything about it. Where're they hitting? Perhaps I'll get in...

I have no idea where all they're going, except for the nearest one to me which is the Ford Amphitheater in Tampa, but you could probably just check their myspace or go on ticketmaster or something for tour dates and locations. Sadly it's $55 for general admission, but it'll probably be worth it. No point in going to a concert if you aren't going to be out on the floor.

I've the money in the bank, I'm just saving up for a lap top. It could be interesting. Are they going alone or with someone else?

As far as i know they're the only band playing...don't really feel like delving too far into the internet right now. Wiki, myspace, ticketmaster, and their site don't say, but i didn't look all too hard.

Alright so...i know this is just a bit of a bump...but the concert was last night. They couldn't find Scott Weiland, so they didn't ****ing come out. I mean seriously. What the hell. The first band that went on sucked, the next one was pretty good, but STP couldn't play without Scott. Everyone figures he got really high and passed out or something to that extent. Anyway, they tried to cover their asses and say the band got held up, but the other two bands that have been with them the whole time made it here fine, so everyone knows it's bull.

So anyone that plans on seeing them live, just know theres a possibility of Weiland ****ing you all over.
