Re: cartoon network or nick
I think that Nick used to be really good (Hey Arnold rocked) but Cartoon Network has the classics (Tom & Jerry) but CN also has Toonami and AS (At least Toonami and AS are on the same channel, right?)
And i think that overall, CN has MORE good shows than nick, but i do still watch Nick (mostly for Avatar (Yes, i'm an anime fan(Yes i used parenthesis a lot in this post)) YES!! (Billy & Mandy reference) |

Re: cartoon network or nick
The old nick stuff like ren&stimpy, rockos modern life, ahhh real monsters, invader zim, and some other stuff blows old cartoon network out of the water. but new cartoon network beats the s*** out new nick. now all nick does is middle schol dramas and who gives a crap about that? new cn has lots of anime at nite which rox my sox!!

Re: cartoon network or nick
Back in the old days (early 2000's) Cartoon Network was much better. But now Nick and CN have really tied in programming quality. But still, my loyalties lay with CN.

Re: cartoon network or nick
Nickelodeon is aimed towards a pre-teen audience. Most people here are older and will like Cartoon Network more because they have [adult swim] which is aimed for the teen-early twenties crowd.
I haven't watched anything on Nick since I was like 12.

Re: cartoon network or nick
I'd take old school Nickelodeon (Camp Salute Your Shorts, KABLAM!, Rocco's Modern Life, Pete & Pete, Clarrisa Explains it All, Are You Afraid of the Dark?, Keanan and Kel, the Angry Beavers, Legends of the Hidden Temple) over anything Cartoon Network plays and over anything currently playing on Nickelodeon. I want to murder Spongebob with his stupid annoying laugh and lame corny shows like that one that stars Britney Spear's little sister.
Anybody remember back in the day in the summer time when this little guy hosted the afternoons? I miss Stick Stickley. =[ |

"IT'S A BIRD?...IT'S A PLANE?...it's.....SUPER STICKLEY!!!" *makes whooshing noises* ....that commercial for him was so cheaply made, yet so amazing. take me back to 1996. =[ *sigh* |
