Re: Ingame Song Information
I'd think La Camp should be a bit closer to RATO and the likes, but then I see all the ones above it and I understand xD
I assume some of these songs will be of the same difficulty when put on a number scale? That way La Camp is considered closer to the FSOs because dat trill~

Re: Ingame Song Information
Yeah, tons of songs will have the same number, I just don't know what the lowest boundary is going to be for FGO right now, so I didn't give numbers to anything
I'm guessing it's going to be somewhere around 80 |

Re: Ingame Song Information
Liking the general look of these things, and I can definitely tell there will be some discussion on them.

Re: Ingame Song Information
lmfao almost everything that differs from your list and mine is shit that I moved either further up or down based on whether or not I thought people would yell at me hahahaha
otherwise, we would've been even closer !_! edit: if 87 is going to be the temporary FMO/FGO barrier, I'll start adding numbers to FMOs and down |

Don't know for sure yet if that's gonna be it. Still looking everything over. I try to get a pelim grouping then fine tune it from there. I'm working on 11s now.

Re: Ingame Song Information
Are there really only 60 FGO's?

Re: Ingame Song Information
Last time I counted, there were 58
and Gigadelic and p4u v1 should be 13s so 56 k I'm going to use 78 - 87 to do FMOs/high VCs and we'll compare in a bit~ |

Re: Ingame Song Information
Just did a quick count and rounded a little, that's where I got 60. I thought there were more >.>

OWA
I like most of the list. There is one I have to comment on, because it is terribly terribly off. Molto is WAY harder than you rated it. Way harder.

Re: Ingame Song Information
I figured most people would think that too, that one I tossed a bit further down than most people expected since the hardest part of the file is the beginning; quite possibly the only section that renders the entire file as an FGO...the rest isn't that bad in comparison (yes, I know about the jacks/rolls in the middle lol)
Even on Kayla's list, it's not that far up~ anyways, half done the FMOs, I have a feeling this is where mine and Kayla's lists might start to differ a lot more lol |

Re: Ingame Song Information
Difference between RATO and vrofl are quite huge but only 1 difficulty difference?
Considering p4u v1 is difficult just for 0-framers, it looks overrated even though it's that difficult to FC/AAA (Also if you take 0-framer-difficulty seriously, you need to put it with vrofl). Same thing as Crowdpleaser. Also, we need to solve "difficulty distribution" issue. We have too many 8-11 songs compared to like, 2-5. That means we have to put the median difficulty song (I think this is "Challenging") on around 50. Last edited by jimerax; 09-9-2011 at 09:20 PM.. |

Re: Ingame Song Information
Well we'd have to leave an empty gap between vrofl, but at the same time are we going to ever add anything like that again? Like I said though the list is just me grouping stuff together atm. It's not solid yet, which was why I wasn't going to post till I had it complete.

Re: Ingame Song Information
Vrofl's name speaks for itself - it's a somewhat extreme outlier compared to stuff like Metro and RATO. Drop it from the list and rate it at the very top of the scale (I assume 100) or rate it 101, or pull an Amber Shores v1 and do 666, even.
And I would say median difficulty would be mid-high VD/low Challenging. CIA Rave area, basically, but I'm probably a bit off because I'm the world's worst stepper.

Re: Ingame Song Information
Finished FMOs (didn't add high VCs to the lower boundary yet because I'm using BETA Level Reader to sort and I don't feel like hunting for the hardest VCs right now)
Just checking it over and then I'll post it for speculation~ I agree with JX that there should be a pretty decent gap between RATO and vrofl, but Kayla's argument makes perfect sense...nothing's ever really going to go between those two files, so why waste away some numbers on the scale? edit: oh man, major subjectivemanias for this list !_! Re: Ingame Song Information
lmfao fuck it, I don't even care about fixing this up right now since it's going to be subjectivemanias any way I arrange this
Only ran through the list once but this is what I came up with (note 78 is somewhat empty since it should contain harder VCs as well, Southern Cross/Fast Asleep/Keep in Mind? etc.) A pretty decent frame to start with I think: Last edited by One Winged Angel; 09-9-2011 at 10:04 PM.. |

Re: Ingame Song Information
Heavenly Spores that low? Am I the only one that finds that file somewhat challenging for an FMO? Liking the placement for the most part otherwise.

Re: Ingame Song Information
I considered bumping it to 79 for a long while but the 32nd stream is slower than Purple's 16th stream and the rest of it is cake
Plus almost everyone sightread it lol (pulling a stavie, sorry) |
