Re: TWG 193: Animal Crossing [Game Thread]
I've been scum reading flurry to some extent for a while and have been more than willing to lynch him earlier but no one wanted to go for it so I stopped trying.

Re: TWG 193: Animal Crossing [Game Thread]
DAY 5 I am physically tired and reading this thing is starting to make my brain hurt, send help
GENERAL/LISTICLES Post: 3796 – Summary: Casts wide net on S, Apollo, Cole, Punchy, Rolf, V-Slot – Progression: Pretty big flip on S, V-Slot. It's also odd that Flurry and Phil are absent. Considering that she was one of the 3 scum herself, 6 players is a pretty damn wide net to toss. I even think it's possible that she included BOTH her partners in this for max WIFOM, but of course its also possible that she moved OFF her partners. I'm not sure I'm willing to entertain this possibility for Phil though, given how Day 4 went down. She might just have given up on the mislynch possibility. Post: 3873 – Summary: Focusing Apollo/S/V-Slot – Progression: I think given context + the Cole flip, it's a smidge more likely that if there is (a) partner(s) within the wider pool, they're in Punchy/Rolf. Problem is, I can't shake my earlier reads and the possibility that Fauna and S could have been having an epic bus; in this situation, I think Fauna is likely to have split the difference, bussing S while saving one of Punchy/Rolf. The third option: Fauna went all in on the bussing, and we should look harder at one of Apollo/V-Slot. I hate this, btw. Agent S Post: 3735 – Summary: Defense, Solid Town P – Progression: Way big jump and defense of a maybe-slip that STILL leaves a sour taste in my mouth...yecch. I hate having to deal with WIFOM like this because there's a million reasons for and against really no way to break the loop. Would Fauna hard-defend a buddy who slipped? Could it be a tactic to entrap town on the event of her scumflip? Who the fuck knows? :headache: Apollo Post: – Summary: – Progression: Cherry Post: – Summary: – Progression: Flurry Post: – Summary: – Progression: Phil Post: – Summary: – Progression: Punchy Post: 3732 – Summary: Negative on Punchy? – Progression: Idk, probing more LCs? Rolf Post: 3811 – Summary: Wishy-washy? – Progression: I guess it's good to keep your options open Post: 3877 – Summary: lol Villager-slot (Tank, Merengue) Post: – Summary: – Progression: General Notes: Just to recap, did Fauna have any early indication that she was in danger of lynch? Because with the way she's doing everything to muddy the waters this Day, it sure seems like it. Not sure what to think at this point. --------------------- I'm gonna rest for a while, hopefully all of this so far can serve as a jumping off point for those more capable than I. Gonna set a bunch of alarms for around 3h30 before EoD, and then I might try D6 if y'all think it'll be useful |

Re: TWG 193: Animal Crossing [Game Thread]
if you look back, it makes a ton of sense
I swapped onto cole when our new host Charu provided an incorrect votecount, so I put Cole in the lead, which I'd talked about earlier in that EOD as being my 2nd pick after agent s I tried to swing it back once the proper votecount was given, but it was too late Agent S was my first pick, and something very unfortunate and annoying saved Agent S there |

Not really, he's address in a bunch of general posts...although I agree there might be a little something to glean in switching from specific to general address, and v.v I'll sleep on it |

Re: TWG 193: Animal Crossing [Game Thread]
We sure have a funny "I don't know why, but I want to vote Flurry" phase.
I really wonder what you're trying to find with this. |

You feel a little flip floppy to me Apollo.
Never been particularly a fan of your votes all over the place this game. Unfortunately for me, your inconspicuous playstyle sure kept me at bay and still kind of do. What a game. |

Re: TWG 193: Animal Crossing [Game Thread]
It seems like I'm the only player who read Fauna/Agent S as W/W. That's interesting.

Re: TWG 193: Animal Crossing [Game Thread]
I saw Rolf mention how agent s was pushing the thunderstone to make it seem like if one flipped wolf then the other would be cleared for it because thunderdome. I can see this being a thing so I'm not discounting it from being an option

Looking back to go through Fauna's worlds post again and these were next to eachother

Not much for actual pressure here, only other mention of them here was pointing out they hadn't shown up. Still not really getting this question and what they'd expect as an answer to it. It's a weird thing to say here |

Re: TWG 193: Animal Crossing [Game Thread]
I'd be shipping Agent S/Tank as the remaining 2 wolves at this point.
Rolf feels so super close of the answer to me. Unfortunately, there's no trace of TWG Villager around. |
