Where is FFLBF (Final Fantasy Last Battle Festival) and Blue Rose?

You have to have a certain amount of credits for each depending, and if you dip below that amount you lose them from the genre again.

57. Blue Rose (45,000)
63. Final Fantasy Last Battle Festival (70,000)

Yeah i was a bit bummed when they moved it, I LOVED blue rose back when it was in misc.
I didn't have enough credits for it then for a while
