FFR Tier Points

Hi, Can someone explain me what are the tier points?

For example the music "I Hate The 80s" has the following requirements:

(7)- 1 or fewer (1,562,125)
(6)- Single Digit Good (1,559,925)
(5)- 25 or fewer (1,555,525)
(4)- 60 or fewer (1,545,900)
(3)- 150 or fewer (1,521,150)
(2)- 1,200,000 or higher (1,200,000)
(1)- 900,000 or higher (900,000) +663,200

I cannot understand them. Please explain

(# of Tier Points you get) - Requirements which are in goods, which assumes a full combo, (Combo score/Required Points) + Additional Points

For example, the (4) 60 or fewer (1,545,900) means that you get 4 tier points if you can manage to get 1,545,900+ points on I Hate the 80s which corresponds to 60 goods at worst.
