For a place like this you don't have to alter yourself to conform to some standard; rather, if you keep at it the standard will conform itself to include you. Simply put, imagine the FFR community not as a locked door where you need a specific key to get in but as a giant mobile blob that will swallow you up and make you a part of itself whether you like it or not. Or, if you want to expedite the process, install skype and idle in one of the many, many FFR group chats that there are if you aren't up to participating in them right away, or head over to the FFR facebook group and connect with people that way.
