This score is pure luck, the 12th level took me alot of time to do, the others not at all. Anyway, I'm happy I finally got it.

XB... I have a question for you....

if you only played the last level at home, why does it show 1078 moves taken? and why does the 10 in moves look so close together?

IIRC, the final level should take ~78 moves.... coincidence?

Well, I started on level 32 (I don't know if you realized that or not) and both levels took me a bunch of going back and forth trying to figure out how to get the block in the right position, so that's a bunch of moves. Plus falling off and having to start over a few times added up.

I don't know if it matters or not, but I did about 16 levels at home, used the password at school, got to level 32, used the password at home and finished the last two levels.

I can't really say any more than that, but I didn't edit the photo in any way if that's what you're asking.

Yea... Rubix tested what it looks like...

But, still, 500+ moves for 2 levels? And, if you paid attention at all to the game, you'd know that when you die, the moves from that "life" are subtracted from your total... aka, only runs where you complete a level are calculated in the final total.

So, 500+ moves each for 2 levels. When I can do the final one in under 80, and Rubix said he did it in 68.

XB:

Please go to http://www.techsmith.com/camtasia.asp and make a desktop video of yourself playing level 32 and 33 in one continuous video -- you can upload the video to http://www.mediafire.com/

Even with your explanation it is hard to see how it takes that many moves, even for those two levels, especially if you are good enough to get to level 30+ in the first place. I am not going to disqualify you, but it's still an arguably suspicious score. My apologies for the inconvenience if it is a legit run.

Stanton250: Do you have a screenshot where it shows your stats for completing the game?

I believe it's possible to do it in that number of moves, but I pretty much just do guess and check for each part of the level, rarely stopping to think out my moves. I just did the last level again from memory and got 368 moves, and that's with knowing how to solve it. That's just how I've solved all of these.

I just did the video and it's rendering it to be uploaded soon.

Would anyone have questioned my screenshot if I didn't say that I started on 32? I don't see how it's fair for me to have to prove my score when Tass doesn't seem to even post half of his?

I don't want this to turn into a mean-spirited tournament, as it's been a lot of fun so far, but you don't have to try and prove my scores illegitimate to beat me, just get better scores.

And Rubix, I'll send you a link to the video in a PM, so others can't use it to beat the last 2 levels.

Nopers I don't have a picture with that in it Rubix. If you want I can vid 33 like XB/redo it/take my word/something else, since I do enjoy the game

EDIT: XB is telling the truth, when I first did this my total move count was near 7000 with 800+ from the last two alone.

Also (with rank 282 or so on highscores I'm famous now):

dude.... i find one score suspicious. i told rubix. he agreed. end of story. and, i've submitted a few of my SSs directly to rubix for strategy purposes.

i'm not trying to be mean spirited. people have cheated in this tournament... we've seen it from 3-4 people. i just want everything to be legit.

I'd just like to echo that -- don't take requests for proof personally, everyone. If a score seems out of place, it is not unreasonable to require some sort of verification, especially considering that a few people have been caught cheating in this tournament already. Any requests are not meant to be mean-spirited, and I'm not trying to arbitrarily single people out. I just want to ensure that things stay truthful. This tournament is meant to be fun -- not about credits or whatever, so that's all I have to say on the matter. I hope you guys are enjoying the tournament!

No hard feelings towards anyone. I understand being suspicious and I am sometimes too, but it's all taken care of now, so let's finish this tourney.

Agh, level 13 of paths really ticked me off. My hand just isn't steady enough to get through the narrow path...

The Omnidomination round is going to have a little bit of everything, but with a twist.

Just passed Ramps with 100k+ points. What a cool game! Seriously, it was very cool to play and I hid the passwords as I had to do.

My paths run btw. Wasted literally 20 lives (I counted) on Level 13 and 12 on Level 19. Otherwise a fairly clean run. I can see how a perfect game would be achievable with some better strategy (looping the line in areas where you need to buy time is an effective tactic).

you don't need to hide the passwords for ramps... as i pointed out, if you play with a cheat and beat the game, you don't get a score at the top... it says "cheater".

also... i recorded myself beating ramps. got 114,970 with 1 death on level 24. i probably could get a 115k+ 0 death run, but there would be a bit of luck involved, and the 114970 run is still pretty cool to watch.

i'll post it when the tournament is over.

K, sorry about not submitting, here are Rounds 10 and 12 as they stand for me:

I think my town has dysentery or something... Seriously though, I have no definite stacking ability, just luck and occasional skill. I have 2 yellow towers over 2000 each, and yet neither of them have a roof. I think one is only 34 stories tall XD

At least I got the Bonus Challenge. Little angry with myself, lost 5 lives on level 11.
