Piko Piko Detroit Ultra Awesome Kickstater

Hey y'all! For those of you who don't know, Kommisar and I are part of a chiptune collective known as Piko Piko Detroit. It originally started out as a local circle in Michigan and is now expanding to the entire Midwest (and Canada)!

We have put together a Kickstarter as an attempt to gain funding to further expand our goals and WE NEED YOUR HELP! We've hit our current goal of $1,800 but we are pushing to maximize our funding to ensure that we can be as successful as possible (and get you guys hella swag for supporting us) and we only have SIX DAYS LEFT!

One of the coolest donations gets you a MIDWEST CHIP COMPILATION containing tracks from notable chip artists such as:

The group has the purest intentions to promote chip music not only in the michigan area, but all over the place where chip music can be heard. The crew has some amazing talent and contributing to this kickstarter will help bring shows to various areas

Even if you don't feel like contributing, spread the word, spread the love <3 Piko Piko Detroit always offers their releases for free on their website and delivers shows to gather anyone interested. They promote creative commons license to give free access to all their music.

There is a show tomorrow in Ann Arbor! It's at All Hands Active on Liberty. It's a gameboy modding and chiptune playing party! Starts at 4, ends at 1 am(ish)

Other than that, there will be tons of other shows in the area within the next few months. Check the facebook page, all the shows will be posted there as they're announced.
