Jet Set Radio, it came with my orginal xbox. I love all the mario games though. How I forget ffr?

Hmm... some of my favorites would have to be Pokemon, Star Ocean III: TTEOT (though the plot twist was a major :/ for me), KH1, any Fire Emblem, Paper Mario, Golden Sun, and FFR.
However my top favorites are Pokemon Puzzle League, Banjo-Kazooie (I never got a chance to play Tooie) and Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards. God I loved the N64.

I haven't played any FF, Chrono, and the likes, which is why none of them are on this list :/

Hard to say.

Diablo II LoD was awesome especially with the Druid and the 1.10 update. I won't bore anyone with a giant wall of text on why this game is so awesome, so I'll leave it at that.

And then there's Socom: Combined Assault, which was really good in online [compared to Socom 4: Confrontation] and had exquisite graphics for the PS2 generation. Even if it was rated T, every age group [excluding adults over 30] was attracted to it. I heard a freaking 9 year old on a mic playing the dam game. Lolz. Plus, it was technical too, if you wanted to be pro, that is.

If I go deeper, Diablo II LoD wins, but if I leave it at that, Socom wins. 1-for-1.

World of Warcraft
Super Smash Bros Melee (I think it's better than SSBB)
Marvel vs Capcom 2 (Probably the best 3d/2d fighting game ever)
Street Fighter 3
Star Fox 64
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic (That twist at the end...OMG)
Civilization III/Civilization II (It really is a tie)
Second Life
Animal Crossing
Guitar Hero III
Rock Band II
Metroid Prime
Pokemon Crystal (I still say it's the best in the series)
Resident Evil 4
Jet Set Radio (I so surprised how few people know what this game is, and the Dreamcast version is WAY better than the Xbox version)
The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past (Ya Orcarina was good, but this is the game that made Zelda what it is....beasty)
Doom (Probably the best FPS of all time)
Goldeneye 007 (I mean...it speaks for itself)
Dead or Alive 2 (I still get shivers thinking about some of the combos in that game)
