heh those are some of my favorite steps.
If you ever get a hold of an ITG machine, or even play one at the arcade, play the song 'Bend Your Mind' by Reflection Theory.
Lots of hard freeze cross overs.

Try disconnected mobius too, same step concept, better song, and Oasis.

ddr is hard. ill go to the arcade saturday to see if i can pass 9 footers rofl. the only one ive passed is like dead end, but then agen ive played like 2 rounds of arcade ddr. ill make it my goal to sup you shash

Haven't been playing as much in recent weeks, but today and yesterday I played quite a bit, and had one really nice accomplishment both days.

Yesterday I passed Max 300 on extra stage, which is really nice for an upscroll player like me. Definitely the hardest extra stage pass I've done.

And today, I got what is most certainly the best score I've ever gotten, which is 12g FC on HVAM. No idea how I managed that.

DDR/ITG is great excercise, without a doubt.

Once every week, I've been running 1.5 miles and getting an approximate 11:00-11:30 time consistently. Then I went and played DDR every day for a week about 2 hours a day and improved my time to 10:17.

Not to mention I remember hearing not too long ago West Virginia installed DDR machines in school gyms to help counter child obesity in the state.

Colors Oni. I played Kevbo in FL on that song. We tied a lovely 2 greats FC, but he was messing with me and I was trying my hardest lol. I thought shash would have been into DDR a long time ago...
