Hmmmm. Well i'll delete and readd you to see if that does anything for the next time you decide to get online. Readding has needed to be done before so that might work.

then lag seems to be the random factor that would make a pro to lose.

but yeah when i went to the fight you were already fighting someone else

Well when the lag is THAT bad then it most certainly is a factor for anyone to lose. When it lags that bad i call it manticore lag cuz he has the worst lag when i play online XD

by beating korny at least once.. i disproved the noobs Vs pro = pro wins100%. and that item players are no match for tourney without items. XD (though i think it was a super good luck shot that will only happen once in a lifetime XD)

If you want me to say it, I'll say it.

Without even playing, I guarantee I will lose to the both of you, even on my terms.

This isn't the point I've been trying to make this entire time, though.

wait a second.... i made a mistake on that one >_>... i'm no match to tourneys with or without items, but i'm pretty sure someone somewhere in the world that likes to play with items can beat a tourney player, the thing is that person is not me.

and the dot is not suposed to go between the 100% (make sense now?)

Squeek isn't making excuses as much as he is explaining two different stand points. One is that items also determine skill. Another is that even if you were to play him to "prove a point," he know he wouldn't win because he has not invested the time or the energy to become "pro" at the game because that isn't how he plays his games and probably never will.

I think people are getting confused -_-...

Ya another "TOURNEY player". And stop calling them that. Just call us competitive because not all of us go to tournaments.

If you want. It would be incorrect, but go for it. I play with competitive rules. Tourney rules at this time are iffy because the games only been out like 2 months.

I'm really good at putting, which makes me an excellent golfer.

Yeah, I wanted to say something about that, but wanted to avoid overtly pointing out the stupidity of it.

Just because you're good at putting doesn't make you a good golfer. You need to be able to drive too. And even if you're an amazing driver, you're still not a good golfer if you can't putt.

Fighting without items is a lot better. Matches last much longer without items

It probably won't stop him from making disparaging remarks about people who doesn't play Brawl according to his rules.

So does playing with incorrect handicaps or lessened percent rates.

Longer does not necessarily mean better.

And in fact, if it's that much slower to go without items, in the same time you should then be able to play MORE item matches, and anyone who knows anything about stats would tell you that more sample info leads to more accurate result data.
