Default thread placement

lol im not exactly a newbie but i have a question abo thread placement...im planning on making a thread about jokes in which you can also win credits and stuff...im just wondering which section this thread should be made in...ffr events? chit chat? game thread? general? somone tell me

Hmmm... Make it in events if you can win credits. As a game thread it'll get locked, and it's not FFR general talk. Nor does it meet Squeek's CC prerequisites.

Please explain to me how a thread about telling jokes qualifies as an FFR event? There's no FFR involved. Just event.

If your thread is going to be something along the lines of

"Hey everyone, post your jokes! If you make me laugh I'll give you credits!"

The proper placement for that is "As a random thought on your profile" Advertise it in your sig if you feel not enough people will see it.
