Yes, that's where you get tiny plastic statues, but chances are you'll just get one of a familiar. It's EXTREMELY unlikely that you will get one, since only a handfull of people have them. Oh, and after eating 50 Lucky Surprise Eggs, go to the trophy hut and get the trophy you get for it.

ckj, sometimes you'll get seal teeth while fishing in the sewer. Other than that I don't know how/where to get them.

So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright. And I write the blog for their website. Plus I do cool programming in-house that you'll never see. =O
