Looking for an artist

I'd like if somebody could maybe mess around with my avatar, maybe water colors or something, willing to pay 1,000 credits, :3

If I did get the credits, I was going to send them to you anyways. All I did to get that image was copy, paste, filter, artistic, water colors, and enter. The fact that you can paint/use water colors amazes me. Unfortunately I can only use a pen/pencil. I suck at art stuff besides computer designs. xD
