Stepmania Senility ITT

They should make a stepmania forum for 'senior' players or something cuz I feel old and washed-up now

Ancient file and I've had it since I first played in 2005...finally AAA'd it for the first time. (I've almost SDP'd this the MA sucks)

Not quite as old but it's in my top 5 most played songs. 2nd AAA and with much better MA than my first one that I got back in like 2008 or something.

I don't play nearly enough anymore to be fast again though *sigh*

That's one thing (at least in my opinion) that I can't see anyone improving unless they get a better keyboard for it. That being said I have an hp laptop that I can vibrate alright with but not nearly as well as my old Dell laptop.

Probably not good considering I would tire out by the end of those a little bit lol
I'll play them again this week next time I'm home and post whatever I get (I expect AAA's in the teens for Vortex and 20s for toml tho)

I had no idea you still played. I tried getting back into stepmania a little bit too but my wrists are really messed up... most likely from playing so much back in the day.

Okay so I played a few things to warm up then played Vortex and TOML right after each other once

This was better than I expected so I was interested to see how I'd do on TOML

Wasn't expecting this at all, had 1 perfect until around 750 combo too

Also yes I agree you can improve your consistency/control in vibra-jacking or whatever you'd want to call that, but I'm guessing dossar meant my max speed...I don't think that can be improved further (at least with my experience) without better hardware.
