So uh, I did this a few days ago but then went out of town to the beach and wasn't able to post it.

But let me say, I love those slime things:


And that's the only A++ rank I've ever been able to get. =)



Oh and btw, whoever was talking about camera angles and inventory. If you hit U it changes the camera around. You can do that while the inventory is open, too, to make it zoomed out with the inventory open. What sucks, though, is that it doesn't remember the camera settings and will revert to really far/close if you open/close the inventory. =\

So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(

In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.

So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright.
And I write the blog for their website.

Plus I do cool programming in-house that you'll never see. =O

Wait a minute, how did you A++ that mission, I got a B++. I finished that one without a single life lost, maximum combo of 125+, and I completed it in 7 minutes.

About the boxes, yeah, it seems like you'd be able to purchase boxes later on. You'd probably need two boxes at least per stage if the stages get longer. At 2-10 I can already nearly fill up my inventory each time.

Yeah I did solo it, that's all I can think of.

Also, how the hell do you get to those places on the map that are like "Requirement: Completely Episode 1 Stage 6" or whatever. I do those stages and they're still unclickable. =(

And wtf these other classes. Are any other classes legitimately obtainable aside from the starting 3?

EDIT: Oh and uh, I have no idea how to upgrade items or 'unlock their special abilities' or whatever. I try putting the item up in the shops like okay I wanna fortify this, but it won't go. =\

EB, there's an NPC for fortifying your stuff. It's hit or miss, though. Just as easily as she can add 3 Int can she take it away.

It's southeast of the storage.

You can't do those stages, even if you beat every single stage.

There are some quests from the Knight Guild or whatever it's called, but I doubt it unlocks anything. Most people are hacking or something, I dunno.

You need extra stuff which you can get from breaking down pretty much any equipment. To figure out what you need, go to the help area of the thing. To break down equipment, go to a different building(I think it's to the right of the fortify building and it has like a bluish "doormat", but I could be wrong or confusing it for something, this is all coming from the back of my head).

the other classes are packet editing hacking. all the classes are avaliable from the start in the full game.

Yeah, that's why I assumed it was hacking, but I didn't jump the gun because I haven't done all of the quests.

2-5 on my Healer. 2-4 was hard. I ended up finishing it twice, helping two different groups through it.

I discovered the joy of refining too. Took a while because the game is in such terrible engrish that it's impossible to figure out what to do.

When you get equips you don't want and don't really care to sell them, take them to the Grader (the magnifying glass on the Square map) and select the second tab at the top to break them into components. Use those components over at the Blacksmith (the hammer on the map) and you've got some good stuff. My staff is +3 now with 3~4+3~3 damage. <3

ps - tosh you're such a liar there's no way you could have soloed the latter half of stage 2. Nobody can solo 2-10, let alone 2-5+.

Well they released a patch today to fix the packet editing characters and deleted them as well as fixing the text problem for people who didn't have the font installed by changing it to something more common.

Looks like everything is safe and fine now. Just waiting for the open beta to start, my fingers are itching for it.

Yeah.

It's still a little too easy. I mean, what I do now is make my own passworded party so I can solo 2-6 and just farm items. I break those down into components if they suck (which they do) and hoard refining stones (though I'm really looking for light refines). I've +4d everything I own with a +5 in some stuff, and I decided to just go ahead and +4 all of my knight / wizard stuff too because I had so many stones. I even light-comped my staff, which is amazing now.

I can't imagine this system changing between open and closed beta, which makes the game really, really easy. I only broke like one thing I actually cared about the entire time.

The only difficulty comes from the annoying lag and clipping, or a combination of both. Oh, and that, combined with insanely powerful bosses on the 10th stages of every map.

Yeah thats a problem whenm you try to allow soloing as well as encouraging partying. All the monsters are scaled in difficulty and exp by how many people are on the team. I can't imagine it's much fun playing by yourself though.

It's not about leveling or having fun. Just farming items.

If I wanted to level, I'd join a 2-10 party. I'm trying to make myself better for those parties by doing 2-6 repeatedly and hoping to get some decent stuff.

Squeek, you do know that bosses almost always drop boss-specific items that greatly overpower all of the other items, right?

I mean, unless you have a full set of those upgraded to +4, I wouldn't worry about item collection. They'll all be utterly useless once you get the boss items, which are actually almost always dropped.

Wow, Drake is not impossible at all. His patterns are very easy once you destroy the ice things.

What's your IGN? I want to see you ingame. We'll grab a party and kill Drake. I promise you it'll be easy, lmao.
