We don't keep "snapshots" of everything we ban for. Besides, it's not just his IP banned, it's his actual USERNAME. Which means that exact one has done those things. Not saying he personally did, but whoever was using his account did. Twice. Discussion over.

In logic, contradiction is defined much more specifically, usually as the simultaneous assertion of a statement and its negation ("denial" can be used instead of "negation").
