~Fall 2013 Moderator Sign-ups~ Woo! It's summertime! That means that everyone is on break and we can do whatever the heck we want, right?! Well, maybe for some people, I got busy with work then my internship then I was going to go back to work but instead I felt like putting the "break" back in "summer break" where it belongs :3 Anyways, my internship is over, sorry for the delay guys, this post should have been here about a month ago >.< Anyways, it's summer time, so with that, it's time we roll in a new set of moderators and staff for Team Blaze to give you guys the chance to get involved and show off your team spirit for Team Blaze! Thanks for all of your hard work! You were always spot on with your own duties, hardly did I see a member that wasn't welcomed by you. And every welcoming was unbelievably prompt as well! But not only that, you actually were a good team player and helped out in areas where you didn't need to (and you actually pitched in a lot, I bet you lost count of spreadsheet updates you did already xD). Also, you get along very well with people; I'm very glad to have had you on board with us this past term and I (and I hope everyone else) will be more than happy to see you return for another With that said, with your moderator of the term title, you have been rewarded with a guaranteed position of your choice for next term; simply just pm the positions you are interested in from most to least interesting; no need to go through the long application process! Congratulations once again! Term Lengths: Term lengths are going to be half a year. So August 1st – January 31st for the Fall 2013 term. This term started a month late but you'll still get your full term, we'll just have more staff for a bit come January :P Moderators may re-run as many times as they please, the performance in a moderator's previous positions will be taken into account for future positions (for the better or worse). Anyways, I’m looking for moderators to do specific tasks instead of just having a whole bunch of general moderators that are unsure what to do. Remember though, that being a staff member of Team Blaze means being a team player and that might mean helping out with other tasks that aren't assigned to you if another moderator needs help with their duties The moderator positions I’m looking for: Chat Moderators: Moderate, kick people, add people, edit/delete messages, etc when needed. There are numerous TB chats to moderate as listed below: Main Chat Moderator: The main chat where everything happens :3 NSFW Chat: The chat to let loose in, i.e. the one you don't want your boss to see. Furry/Feathery Chat: All stuff furry. Warning, contains lots of NSFW material. Study Group Chat: A place to have hang out and study at the same time. The moderator for this chat will also be in charge of scheduling and setting up meetings/calls. Emergency Chat: The chat where we go to temporarily if another chat room bugs out. This moderator will also be in charge in handling such situations and moving people to and from the emergency chat. User Management/Communication: New Member Welcomer: Promptly welcome new members that join the team. Spreadsheet Updater: Updates the spreadsheet for both new/current members. PM Sender: Send team-wide pm’s to team members when asked to do so. I will love anyone that takes this position, so the pay is now doubled. Yes, you get twice the amount of sexual favors from me ;~; Other: Graphic Artist: I like to fool around in Photoshop from time to time but sometimes I don't have the time to make graphics for everything myself. This position will have the person make graphics for the team for things such as team events and such. Other skills in graphic design are a plus Engine Moderator: This position will require the person to manage the website/engine. This includes adding songs, creating website content, etc. This position has a prerequisite: you must first be a moderator of a different position for a full term before applying for this position. Sandwich Maker: That’s right, you make me sandwiches, letting you know in advance, I like whole wheat bread.* Thread Updater: I almost forgot about this position. The thread updater updates the thread (primarily the OP) to make sure all information and things thread related are super organized and neat Presence Moderator: Out of tradition from last term, I'd like to bring this position back (^)> If you have this position, your primary goal will be to moderate my presence and to make me presence bread so that I don't fade into nothingness. This position must be taken very seriously as not doing so could lead to my demise ;~; Other: If you think you can help in some other way, let us know! NOTE: Some positions I may assign more than one person to. i think I won't apply again. not cuz i'm not sticking around, it's just med takes up a lot of time, and i can't be as active in skype, etc... as before. I'd be happy to be an honorary staff though :P
