Finger training?

Is there any sort of training to make your fingers faster and stronger? Like using a ruber band and stretching it with your fingers? Because when I play hard songs like challenging and harder for awhile my fingers start to ache and I stop playing the song.

So is there really anyway to "condition" your fingers?

Well if you think its stupid (-.-) what I mean is sometimes your fingers will wear out quickly. Just now I was playing Z and I stopped after I was like 50 seconds in the song. (Iv been playing some challenging songs the past hour) and my fingers are pooped.

What Im trying to say is how do you prevent this? or how do you make your fingers go longer (and faster )

I do do that alot. I tap on my desk practing jacks and stuffs. (Im actually doing it now)

Actually, if I play FFR after doing that, my fingers do feel faster. They feel more moveable somehow. I'm dead serious.
