New Simfile Pack. WE WANT YOU!

Theres a new simfile pack being put together by HoodieOfBLuR and I (DigitalCyber / Otter) entitled Ultimate Simfile Pack. The pack is about halfway completed. In the mean time, we would love to get some new (and old) simfile artists a chance to show their stuff. SO you can go ahead and submit a file to me thru PM, AIM, which is SoDeepfan, or email it to me at digitalcyber@sbcglobal.net Here are the requirements for the file:

No DDR or ITG edits. Long Versions or Remixes are acceptable. and so are other songs. Just NO DDR OR ITG DIRECT EDITS.
Cannot have appeared in a previous simfile pack
Must have AT LEAST Heavy or ONI steps. (other difficulties are accepted but not required)
Must be AT LEAST a 10 footer.
CD Tiles, BG, and and banners are a MUST.

Ditch the Lawn Wakes. They were in several packs, and everyone already has them.

As I said in the Bemanistyle forums:

There was a thread on the temp forums that had an older song list. Alot of the songs were from previous packs. I took out about half of them and left the good ones in. THEN I came up with the rule that songs had to be new.

Ok, the edits rule has been lightened up a bit. No DDR or ITG edits. Long Versions or remixes are fine, but no direct edits. And edits from other songs r also acceptable, just NO DDR OR ITG.

Take my sim out of my pack or else. Don't say that you don't need a simfile artist's permission to put it in a pack, because frankly, that's really rude.

The no edits rule is dumb. Really, really dumb. What point does it have?

Also, it is just ignorance for you to pick out a few sims from other packs and say "LOL THESE RAWK BUT KNO OTHERS FROM OTHER PACKS GUYZ!". Having any sims from other packs kinda defeats the purpose of making a new pack, doesn't it?

If you want your pack to do anything but fail miserably, remove the repeat sims, and start using your head.

I'm pretty damn sure you don't have permission to use Vertex ALPHA. HST hasn't uploaded it anywhere else, so technically it's still exclusive to F4.

PS I won't be downloading it so I don't know why I care.

The problem with your pack is that you're using nothing but popular files that everybody's already played. Nobody's going to download something they already have.

This could not have come at a worse time. With F5 and KCU in the works at the moment, the only simfiles you will get submitted to this pack are horrible simfiles that got rejected from the other 2 packs by people who don't realise that they got rejected for a reason. Unless you take some more popular files from artists at random that is.
