Re: British Comedy
Each to their own really. There are plenty of American shows which I find to be pretty damn good. Though I will admit I watch a lot more British comedy, but that comes from living here, so what can you do.

Re: British Comedy
There are both better than the other in different ways. For example, the Brittish "The Office" is really funny, but I prefer the American because of Raine Wilson (Dwight). Then there's Monty Python out there by itself. None can surpass MPFC. It's just a pity there were only like 3 seasons....

Re: British Comedy
Definitely Eddie Izzard.
However, one has to love Father Ted. Course its likely because I used to live in Dublin that it makes me giggle all the more .. but you know .. damn snazzy show. Black Adder does rock too.. that should always be obvious. Then I go back to my childhood and bring up Dr. Who .. and I start feeling old :P |

Re: British Comedy
Outside of Ricky Gervais's body of work and anything by Monty Python, British comedy sucks.

Re: British Comedy
Yea QI stand for Quite Interesting, it's with Sir Fry and is brilliant. Eddie Izzard is a legend. Although,
Bill Bailey! My favourite ever Bill Bailey moments. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dak9ZAuj6tY http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O3F2e-x_EU8 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UoC2_...elated&search=
