f*ck dont have time to find a good way to add silence to an mp3 w/o transcoding it. I'm just submitting mine as is i'm sure it'll get con. queued and I'll submit an updated mp3 soon when I figure out a way to do that.

What's this "conditional queue" thing? obviously I know what it is, but it's incredibly underused atm, and that hurts the judging process a lot

Last time, a few people still submitted regular files (not fixes) when the batch deadline was closed. Take notice people:

[New Rule]
If your resubmission file got 15 or more points but rejected in the previous batch, you can submit the file as a resubmission for the next batch (it's actually a re-resubmission).

[Notifications]
leonid and CBR: Don't include cdtitles next time.
0: LW2 isn't counted as a resubmission, so one over the submission cap. pick 3 songs you want to include (or we'll randomly remove one).
kommi: removed rain for freezes/mines.
