so 55 is the border between old 9s, and VCs.

All of those where 9s except maybe TGWPP5

Pretty sure those were all Cs when I was doing the shifting/defining of boundaries.
{Evolution} Out Stage should probably be a bit higher (i.e. outright VC from the get go) but I didn't wanna tamper too much with putting old Cs in clear VC territory and vice versa.
