It's fine if there's no special significance
But to me it's weird that you say that without qualifying it |

I'm just trying to get what you were thinking
Was it as simple as you think there's a vigi? |

DBP is really just probing to see where your role falls in the faction idea and it's associated powers.

Tps, this halfheartedly answers the whole "Probably no VTs in this game" fiasco as there can be VTs with items in this game.

Re: TWG CXXXV: Dichotomy - GAME THREAD
Right now, we have a third party with a different win condition than ours, which required scheming (lying to town about a flip) in order to fulfill. We don't have details about this win condition.
And he says he doesn't have a killing power. (Which I believe.) Could there be more of choof? We know jack shit about roles, thays why I feel the need to grill him |

The only other third party roles I know would be SK (who also cannot investigate but can make kills) or a Cultist (converts other players to be Cultists which basically sets a player to VT status but their win condition is outnumbering all players). I believe this is one of the few roles in this game that is unique to this setup/style and it'll be a mystery.

Re: TWG CXXXV: Dichotomy - GAME THREAD
I think him assuming there were going to be two kills was just him thinking because it's a mystery game there's bound to be random shenanigans that happen in the background.
I mean... that's what I got. He didn't know, he just assumed. And now you're assuming he knew, which I don't believe is the case at all. |

Basically, dis is da classic example of "assuming makes an ass of you and me".

To Choof's defense, it's not that odd to assume multiple deaths may occur in nightstart mystery game. People get trigger happy with their powers if they think they may not survive the night, especially if it's a one-shot.
Regardless, it's interesting to have Choof go from defeated to defiant. Whatever his win condition is, it's definitely one that apparently all sides would be against. |

Re: TWG CXXXV: Dichotomy - GAME THREAD
So hush honey bunny and we'll just agree that we'll need to do something about choof in the future since he's a 3rd party fuck!!!

Besides, I have zero trust in choof's statements at this point. First he told us that he got full roleflips and gave us a fake one. Then he redacted it and says he only gets colour. First he told us that RB was red, then he told us RB was blue. Then he told us he doesn't have any killing power, but when he was asked why he thought there were two night kills. His bullheadedness on pushing me as a lynch doesn't make any sense either. It felt like the reason he switched his read of RB in the first place was because he realised he couldn't both read RB red and It feels like he is desperate to keep himself off of the top of the lynch pool. And of course he self-admits that he's third party. I think it's most likely he's a cultist and he wants to get his group fat before he dies and they can't make any more.

the end of this thought is "both read RB red and treat his seering like it's real".

Re: TWG CXXXV: Dichotomy - GAME THREAD
Choof could very well be a zombified person as well (knowledge from another mafia role), where Doctors have some specific ability that Zombies are prone to. iirc, a Doctor can either stop all actions on a Zombie, or straight up kill it depending on the game.

Re: TWG CXXXV: Dichotomy - GAME THREAD
That theory said, it could be noted that by DBP saving Choof might have stopped whatever action he used which could lead to the confusion of a potential second death that phase.
