Re: The Fitness Thread
Yup. Most of that is excess skin from when I lost 100 pounds too quickly. I've got a nice 4-6 pack depending on how watery I am, then the last two are hidden by the skin flap. :/

Re: The Fitness Thread
Tore my bicep a bit. At work, at least. so, gotta take 1-2 weeks off of heavy lifting and hope I recover so I can keep hitting hard, so I can still do the contest.

Re: The Fitness Thread
Yeah, for front lat spread, you will probably need to practice it in the mirror. It feels very strange at first. I start by raising my shoulders and pushing my chest out, then the lats just spread out as I turn my arms a bit and flex them.
When is the contest anyway Senip? Weight loss has plateaued a bit lately, still at around 170-171, but it's mostly because I've been cheating a bit too much. Strength is still going up though so I'm not really complaining.

370 wilks
I'm not man enough To get to 419 I'd have to put 150 lbs on between the three lifts without gaining weight. Yeah, not doing that. 8)

Re: The Fitness Thread
YOU CAN DO EET
So glad, my coach put me on HIIT on my off days, so I can just go in, do a couple of prowler pushes, and go home. Beats the hell out of 40 minutes of cardio every goddamn day. |
