Kind of like left or right, just that it would be harder.

Pretty much a negative tornado would give it the effect from coming from the sides... after that is hard |

Hmm, that's not really a scrolling setup that looks intuitive or easy to time with, but I could be wrong. Overall it looks like something that you'd only add to accommodate people who are used to it, or as a challenge like diagonal split scroll.

I haven't seen any really hard charts in audition's beat em up mode, though. It's not conducive to 'deep' play.
