Re: Songs that I sent to Tass
uh... you should contact ME about Ashura songs. but, for the record... i'm fairly certain he's cool with any song except Delta Max. Delta Max == BAD.
AAA is certainly acceptable to Ashura. also... on classical songs... the song is in the public domain, but the rendition is not. aka, you need permission from whoever performed it. otherwise, i'd have added about 500 classical pieces. i have access to about 10 versions of FotBB, but you need permission from whoever played it. AFAIK, the only version of FotBB we have permission for is the one in the game. so, i'd find a way to record the audio and use that. edit: and freaky.... care to answer my response to your previous post?

Re: Songs that I sent to Tass
Assuming you have Windows XP, Start > Programs > accesories > entertainment > sound recorder > edit > audio properties > sound recording. Then play around with the different options for where to recieve sound from until you get it to get it so that it records any sound that your computer plays (for me it's called Stereo mix). Length might seem like a problem, but you can extend the time by stopping and recording again. Just make a blank clip and use that for recording. However, it records as .wavs at a high bit rate, so you might want to play with different formats to get it to take up less room. Don't ask me why I bothered to go through and type that out =P
EDIT: I fail at quoting XD Last edited by Valtrix; 04-12-2007 at 08:52 PM.. |

fyi, robotix is already in the queue... i'll play it, but we generally don't like replacing one queue file with a new one.
it needs to be MUCH better than the current one for us to replace it. aka, it hasn't happened yet.

Re: Songs that I sent to Tass
Yeah, I tend to send in batches of 3 to 5 simfiles. I've actually had several simfile projects scrapped in the past because I didn't know how to make the steps good.

Oh, there's no permission on Paradise on E? The Blanket Permissions thread should be updated to say this; that song is a good one for stepping.
Kindly ignore my last e-mail then, Tass. |

Yeah I know It's a shame, it's one of his best songs. I wonder why he won't let us use it... And I would've liked to know BEFORE I took the time to step it

Re: Songs that I sent to Tass
