Tokens 2016?

How do you get all the tokens in 2016? Some of the pages were removed so is there any way to get them?

Tokens have been recently redone to be more like lifetime achievement tokens.

So check those requirements and get smashing arrows.

Expanding on this: Tokens are no longer the puzzle-type unlocks they used to be, such as visiting certain pages. The token images are also revamped (Hardcore of the North used to be just a plain old yellow token image, now it's green with an FFR arrow).
