Nintendo 2DS
Nintendo announced the 2DS today, a new entry-level handheld system. The 2DS will be available for $129.99 on October 12th (the same day as Pokemon X and Y) and features a slate-like design rather than the clamshell seen on DS and 3DS models.

Re: Nintendo 2DS
I'm loving it already, oh and the price! Why if I had ten more dollars I might be able to buy the 3DS instead.
Still no news yet on the 1DS being released. |

Re: Nintendo 2DS
My thoughts exactly. I'm in the camp of "I'll believe it when I see it in stores" for now. Seeing as we have less than 2 months to go, it's not a bad spot to be, IMO.

Not dragon, but dinosaur

Re: Nintendo 2DS
This looks really interesting. I have a 3DS XL so I wouldn't buy it, but if it had the 3D function, maybe I would consider it. Still really cool looking though nonetheless.

Re: Nintendo 2DS
I don't see how a price point of $130 makes this thing "entry-level" when a vanilla 3DS costs $170
