Stepfile Managing.

Alright, so the original FFR simfile database is gone, but I still want to contribute to the site as a step artist, and I know that it's possible to still stepfiles that can be played, but the problem is I want to know how I can add more stepfiles to the game itself.
How do I go about that? What's the process?

There's actually an easy file batch open right now, open for 2 more days. Submit it to that
